what does a no-Coder do?

  • No-coders are trained experts in creating application software using various no-code software or no-code platforms. In doing so, they draw on the most innovative providers on the market.
  • After analyzing the requirements, they weigh up the necessary scope of features that the no-code software must provide against the business requirement of a solution that is as cost-effective as possible.
  • In doing so, they have a comprehensive portfolio at their disposal in order to develop the best solution for a given application scenario. They keep an eye on the customer's organizational structure, recognize potential for process optimization and develop scenarios for increasing efficiency.

  • As a trainer, you train the customer's employees and thus shorten the training period. If necessary, they can train the customer's employees to adapt existing application software to changed requirements or to create required apps themselves.
  • As a mediator, they work to achieve the greatest possible acceptance among the people involved and to make the new processes a success. As a person external to the company, they have a neutral stance; their purely technical argumentation with regard to new digitization steps opens up room for maneuver with skeptical employees.
  • As a contact person for all questions regarding an implemented solution, they remain in contact with the customer for future developments.

  • No-Code Software der letzten Generation ist relativ neu am Markt. Mit zunehmender Verbreitung steigt der Bedarf an qualifizierten Fachleuten die genau auf diese innovative Technik spezialisiert sind. Fasst man die vielfältigen Tätigkeiten zusammen, so kann man von einem neuen Berufsbild sprechen.
  • Deutschland ist ein modernes Industrieland mit einem hohen Bildungsstand. In der Gesellschaft besteht ein Konsens darüber, dass eine klar strukturierte Ausbildung mit einem möglichst einheitlichen Ausbildungsstandard große Vorteile für alle Beteiligten bringt.
  • Auch wenn es für diesen neuen Beruf aktuell noch keine festgelegten Standards und vorgeschriebene Ausbildungsinhalte gibt, so ist doch klar, dass es das Ziel sein muss, in Zukunft eine qualitativ möglichst gute Ausbildung zu etablieren und dabei einen möglichst hohen Standard zu erreichen.

Dem sehen wir uns verpflichtet, daher werden wir die Lehrinhalte für diese Ausbildung mit entsprechender Sorgfalt zusammenstellen um den Ausbildungsteilnehmern ein modernes didaktisches Lernprogramm mit gutem Praxisbezug anbieten zu können.
